Perth Cultural Centre

Works

• Works will continue in the Urban Orchard area with the installation of seating, porous paving and turf, and filling of planter boxes.
• Landscaping works in the Central Square area will continue with the completion of the irrigation, installation of turf, mulching and planting.
• Works will continue in the Museum area with the installation of irrigation and turf to the earth mounds and work on the Beaufort Street planter box.
• Work will continue in the new Wetland area with the planting out of the wetland and modification to the paving at the top of the stairs.
• The vent demolition near the Roe Street overpass will continue with the removal of the block work underneath the slab and the installation of beams.
• Works will continue in the area in front of PICA with the construction of low seating walls, removal of unsuitable soil and mulching.
• Various electrical works continue to be undertaken throughout the site.

• Painting and carpentry works at Lot 1297.
• Internal works and ablutions at Lot 1297.
• Final wall linings and carpentry works at Lot 1115.
• Storm water and sewer services at Lots 1279-1283 and Lot 404.
• Electrical and plumbing at Lots 1279-1283 and Lot 404.
• Facade preparation and carpentry works at Lots 1279-1283 and Lot 404.
