Perfect for families and kids aged 2 to 15, Little Big Shots is Australia’s major annual and travelling children’s film festival. An inspiring, meaningful and fun-filled festival, Little Big Shots features the best in local and international children’s shorts, animations, documentaries and, amazingly, child-produced films.

Each program runs for around an hour and features several stunning films from around the world. Below is a summary of the program packages by age group.

P1. Tiny Tots: Ages 2-5yrs
P2. Little Tikes: Ages 3-7yrs
P3. Tikes to Ten: Ages 4-10yrs
P4. Forever Young: Ages 5-15yrs
P5. Six to Tween: Ages 6-12yrs
P6. Tweenarama: Ages 8-12yrs
P7. Next Big Thing: Ages 8-15yrs (rated PG)

Also look out for the Best of the Fest program featuring The Gruffalo’s Child and Films made by Aussie Kids screening daily at 11am on the big outdoor screen in the Perth Cultural Centre. This session also features In My Day, an animation created by Victorian Film maker/animator extraordinare, Dave Jones and the Byford community. In collaboration with community elders and young people, Dave has made a stunning short animated film. Be sure not to miss In My Day – you may even be in it!
